2010 is a special year for University of Louisville football fans. We welcome a new Cardinals head coach, Charlie Strong, a new team, a newly-expanded stadium and a new place to party before and after the games - the newly-reopened Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill, right next to Papa John's Stadium. To kick-off the exciting football season, U of L's River City Alumni Club is teaming up with Tailgaters to launch a video contest to find "The Ultimate Cards Fan."

Get out your iPhone, Flipcam or Camcorder and show your Cardinal spirit! Submit a short video on DVD and you might be crowned "The Ultimate Cards Fan" and win fantastic prizes such as a football autographed by the entire team.

Videos must be between two and five minutes total length and must be submitted in DVD format. That means a DVD that can be played on most DVD players and computers. Submitted videos will be shown each Saturday, Sept. 18 through Nov. 6 at Tailgaters, following all U of L football games, both home and away. The audience and a panel of judges will select a semi-finalist winner each Saturday. The semi-finalist videos will all be shown Nov. 13 and Nov. 20 at Tailgaters at "The Cardinal Fan Film Festival" with the winner being crowned Nov. 20, following the last U of L home game.

Ultimate Cards Fan Contest Rules:
1. Must be 21 to enter contest

2. Videos must be between two and five minutes total length and must be submitted in DVD format. That means a DVD that can be played on most DVD players and computers. Entries must be submitted between Sept. 5 and Oct. 29, 2010 by mail/in person to:

3. Video entries must be accompanied by your name, address, email address and phone number.

4. One submission per person.

5. All entries become property of Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill

6. All videos will be pre-screened by Tailgaters and if approved, the video will be officially entered into the contest.

7. Tailgaters will select a panel of judges for the contest.

8. The audience at Tailgaters will be asked to applaude their favorite videos. Judges will take this into consideration when making a decision.

9. All decisions by the judges are final.

10. Tailgaters employees and their families not eligible to enter contest.
